Topics include balancing action and receptivity in complex, emergent processes.

Using Facilitation Tools to Overcome Power Dynamics

This training examines the challenges of inclusion to collaborative processes and how to plan for them. We will teach skills to help build unity and provide constructive feedback on power dynamics.

Why doesn't anyone have some new ideas around here?

Most organizations are unaware of the many factors that undermine creativity in the workplace. This workshop addresses two key systemic influences that invisibly but consistently inhibit new ideas and creative problem solving: Power dynamics and organizational culture. This workshops engages participants in experiential learning exercises to unlock the connections between the organization's power dynamics, organizational culture, and the creative process. Participants learn to recognize the hindering mechanisms within their organizations or companies, and teaches them how to be productively creative in spite of them. Offered with Bracken Leadership
